3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email or SMS confirming receipt of the return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective items
If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose a refund (if eligible) or receive store credit.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, KWIK BAZZAR FASHION HUB will bear the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), return shipping charges may apply.
6. Non-Delivery & Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
7. How to Request a Return
